You can also click the images on this guide's homepage to go directly to AVL. However, using APLS' website or your local public library's website will show you the other resources available at home and for free at the state and local level.
AVL uses Geo IP authentication to make sure you are in Alabama. That means almost all people in Alabama will be able to access using their home network. The few exceptions should read the tab entitled "Access Issues?" for guidance on connecting.
