This survey will be used to assess patron experiences related to the APLS Hotspot Lending Program funded in part by ARP through the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Completion of this survey is required when patrons treutn the hotspot device. The survey results are anonymous. Data collected in this survey will be used to support the continuation of this program.
APLS has provided three versions of the survey - online, Word, and PDF - to give libraries and patrons the ability to choose what works best for them. Online surveys are the easiest to promote and tally, but we realize that not every patron will be comfortable completing a digital survey. In those cases, print a paper copy for your patron and have them fill out and return it to the library.
You can scan and email paper surveys to hotspot@apls.state.al.us or collect and mail them to APLS on a monthly basis.
